Shipping Information

All orders are fully tracked. You will receive your tracking once dispatched. 

Estimated shipping time begins from the day your order is dispatched. It can take up to 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched, sometimes longer due to high demand.

Typically orders arrive within 4-8 business days, although due to high demand some orders may take 7-18 business days to be delivered.

Tracking can sometimes take up to 3 days to update.

Exchanges/Returns:

Grip & Grace do not offer refunds and we ONLY offer exchanges on products that are defective or are damaged.

Please contact us with your order number via email: support@grip-grace.com and we will come back to you within 24 to 48 hours.

Returns and exchanges are down to the discretion of Grip & Grace customer service team. 

Grip & Grace is a valued company that support their customers, please be polite to staff, any form of verbal and communicative abuse will not be tolerated and customers will be refused returns or exchanges should they be abusive in anyway. To clarify Grip & Grace has a zero tolerance rule.
